My sister and I were cleaning out my father’s old garage, and were recycling some CF bulbs. The old pail they were in cracked when we got to the curb and one of these long bulbs shattered, leaving a pile of glass and the contents on the sidewalk. Zach H immediately came out to help us within seconds, was perfectly calm and got right to work cleaning up the mess, assuring us that this often happened and that he’d take care of it. They were very helpful in solving my cellphone problem. The glass on my cellphone cracked due to me allowing my grandson to play with it. Not a good idea. I first took it to T-Mobile and I was told that it would be impossible to fix and all the information I had on it will be lost. I insisted that I needed to retrieve some of the information. Finally, I was directed to go to Batteries Plus to see if they could fix it, but forewarned that no one could promise to fix it and I should just buy a new phone from T-Mobile. I chose to go to go to Batteries Plus. Not only did they guarantee that they would fix it, but at a much lower cost than the sales rep from T-Mobile said it would cost me for repairs. I was delighted with the results. I was able to retrieve all my information as they promised and I saved a great deal of money.

The products and good deals/warranties that Batteries plus offer is one main reason I come here. The other is the knowledgeable and caring staff like Jordan who helped me this last time. Earlier in the day my truck head died out and needed a battery replacement. I was in an uncomfortable place with barely any tools. My immediate thought was just make it to Batteries Plus and everything will be all right... Boy was I right ! Not only did he help me get a new battery but also borrowed me a tool to install it.
